›What is Renance?
Renance is a study OS for students: mock CBT exams that are graded server-side, a spaced-repetition review plan built from every paper you take, voice flashcards, exam-focused lessons and a Socratic tutor that coaches you through the questions you got wrong. It works on Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and the web.
›Who builds Renance?
Renance is built by Resolute Femi (Ariyo Oluwafemi Stephen), a Nigerian software engineer. The platform is designed for students preparing JAMB, WAEC, NECO and university module exams across Africa and beyond.
›Is Renance free?
Yes. Creating an account takes seconds (username and password only), and practising, reviewing, flashcards and lessons are free.
›How does grading work?
Every question now carries its own answer and worked solution, so your paper is marked the instant you submit, right on your device. When you are signed in, the same attempt is also scored on the server with the same keys, feeding your streaks, XP, badges and spaced-repetition queue.
›Can I study offline?
Yes. The whole question library ships with the site itself, and papers you have opened before stay cached on your device, so practice and marking keep working through network drops. Your results are ready and waiting the moment connectivity returns.
›What exams does Renance cover?

›Can my school use Renance?
Yes. Register through the For Schools switch on the sign-up page and your portal comes with the full Nigerian curriculum pre-installed: syllabuses with weekly schemes of work, topic notes, attendance with a classroom kiosk, results with positions and private check-PINs, plus teacher accounts with real boundaries.
›Does the school portal handle fees, ID cards and timetables?
It does. Management prices term charges per class or school-wide and records cash, transfer or POS receipts against students. Student ID cards carry a school-unique serial, print as a black and white sheet, and a lost card is revoked not deleted. The weekly timetable is a live grid per class with subjects and break blocks.
›Where do exam questions for schools come from?
The platform ships an original, NERDC-aligned starter bank per subject per term that pours into your school in one tap, and your teachers grow it with their own questions. Published papers draw from that pool ready to print. Nothing is copied from third-party sites.
›What is the review queue?
Every question topic you get wrong is scheduled for spaced repetition using the SM-2 algorithm: it reappears just before you would forget it. Clear the queue daily and retention compounds.
›How does the tutor work?
On any graded paper, tap "Ask the Tutor" on a question. The tutor coaches Socratically: it guides you to the reasoning instead of handing you the answer, using the question, your pick and the official explanation.
